Uh…. Hi….
So, I last posted in March of 2011? And the last weight that was recorded was 191 point something. It’s been a loooong time since that day and basically after that I just gave up, unfortunately. But, as of January 1, 2012 I weighed in at 186.4 which I’ve been managing for awhile now.
The moral of this post is, I’m back. For me. I’m back with a goal and I’m back with determination. I’ll post more about this later but for now, I’m back and I’m excited.
Monday Jan 2 @ 05:54pmSitting here watching a movie snackin’ on some freeze dried strawberry slices. Again I say… lolwut?! Voluntarily. I KNOW. Beeteedubs, the whole entire pack(1.0 oz) is 90 calories and I’ve been eating out of this bag for weeks. So awesome. So yummy.

*I used to be really tech savvy and was pretty good at coding(if I do say so myself) and I totally don’t even remember how to link someone anymore. So, I’ll just be an old grandma and copy and paste their links. I’m a n00b. :P

Saturday Feb 5 @ 05:03pmSo, I couldn’t help but get on the scale to see if I’ve improved at all since my ridiculous alarm technique.
195.6 - down 4 pounds after I made my way all the way back up to 199.7 since Monday.
I’ve been doing a good job with this and figuring out what my stomach feels like when I’m ACTUALLY hungry. Weird. ;p
So, I’m gonna keep it up and hopefully incorporate exercise into my life. Typing that just makes me wanna cry. I hope I learn to love exercise one day haha.

I’ve finally gotten to the point where I have to do a bunch of ridiculous things in order to keep me motivated and on any kind of plan. So, if you don’t want to read what those embarrassingly ridiculous things are, then I hope you have a wonderful day/night! :)
We’ll start with the most embarrassing.
I set an alarm… or 12 on my phone to go off. It all starts at 8, when I wake up. Next is 9, shower. 1 - lunch. 3:30 - snack 1. 6 - dinner. and 7:30 Snack 2(if desired).
I understand that’s really odd, but we’re gonna see how this goes. Hopefully it’ll just become routine and I can do everything around the times I’ve set. If that’s what it takes for me to control my eating, then so be it. It’s not hurting anyone. :)
Next - I got an erase board calendar thing. I guess the rest aren’t actually too ridiculous, just that first one. Basically, this calendar will be written on each week for every day with everything from school to exercise to places to be. The norm. This is on the back of my door on what will be the next thing -
My ‘Inspiration’ board. It doesn’t have much except for this collage I made in therapy… lol. :P And a picture of my little cousin and I because that little boy is my life.
On the board i also have post it notes, which I’ll be making each night (fingers crossed, right?) of things I need to do each day including *trail which will probably be on there every single freaking day.
So that’s the plan, stan!
*I moved into a new apartment which includes a 3 mile trail with the most beautiful view and I have yet to visit it and make it my new place of exercise… hopefully. Maybe I can get some much needed fresh air everyday. We shall see.
